Though I didn’t participate in Movember this year, here is my salute to all the lads who, for the last thirty days, have been walking, talking billboards for raising funds and awareness while  prompting private and public conversation around the often ignored issue of men’s health.

Zoom Media recently had their 20th anniversary party! It was a fun and flamboyant affair with circus performers, an open bar and and tons of great give aways. This is the lovely Renette Cruz addressing the party before drawing prizes.

None of my professors in University ever seemed very jet-set. But Kris Sigurdson is being featured in Science & Avenir magazine and I was fortunate to catch him for this shoot just before he caught a flight for a meeting with NASA. He literally squeezed this shoot in while picking up his dry-cleaning for the trip.
